| 目的探讨嗅素结构域家族蛋白 4(OLFM4)在类风湿性关节炎滑膜组织中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法选取 2017年 10月至 2018年 10月期间就诊于西安市红会医院的 13例确诊为类风湿性关节炎病人及 14例确诊为骨关节炎病人为对照，采用免疫组化法，检测上述 27例病人的关节滑膜组织中 OLFM4蛋白表达情况，进行对比分析。结果 OLFM4在类风湿关节炎病人滑膜组织中的表达(阳性 10例，阴性 3例)相对高于骨关节炎病人(阳性 1例，阴性 13例)(P＜0.05)，且结合病人临床特点可知类风湿性关节炎滑膜组织标本中 OLFM4表达与病人类风湿因子表达相关(P＜0.05)。结论 OLFM4在类风湿性关节炎病人滑膜组织中表达增高，与类风湿因子表达相关，提示其在类风湿性关节炎的病情发展中具有重要作用。对类风湿关节炎病人进行 OLFM4的检测或许有助于成为类风湿性关节炎的一种新的诊断研究方法。 |

| Objective To investigate the expression of olfactory domain family protein 4(OLFM4)in rheumatoid arthritis synovial tissue and its clinical significance.Methods The 13 patients diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at Xi’an Honghui Hospital fromOctober 2017 to October 2018 were selected and 14 patients diagnosed with osteoarthritis were chosen as controls.Immunohistochem?istry was used to detect the expression of OLFM4 protein in the joint synovial tissue of the above?mentioned 27 patients and a com?parison was made and analyzed.Results The expression of OLFM4 in the synovial tissue of patients with rheumatoid arthritis(posi? tive in 10 patients and negative in 3 patients)was relatively higher than that of patients with osteoarthritis(positive in one patientand negative in 13 patients)(P＜0.05)，and the clinical characteristics of the patients showed that the expression of OLFM4 in the syno?vial tissue specimens of rheumatoid arthritis was correlated with the expression of rheumatoid factors(P＜0.05). Conclusions OLFM4 is highly expressed in the synovial tissue of patients with rheumatoid arthritis，which is correlated with the expression of rheu? matoid factors，indicating that it plays an important role in the development of rheumatoid arthritis.The detection of OLFM4 expres?sion in patients with rheumatoid arthritis may become a new research method for the treatment and diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis. |
