| 目的探究非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)病人癌组织中反义长链非编码 RNA RAB11B?AS1(lncRNA RAB11B?AS1)的表达水平及其临床意义。方法选取 2014年 9月至 2017年 3月在湖南省直中医医院进行手术切除的 97例 NSCLC病人作为研究对象，将术中所得癌组织作为试验组，并取癌旁(距肿瘤边缘＞ 2 cm)组织作为对照组。采用实时荧光定量逆转录 PCR(RT?qP? CR)检测 lncRNARAB11B?AS1表达情况；分析 lncRNARAB11B?AS1与 NSCLC病理参数的关系； Cox回归分析影响 NSCLC的预后因素；分析 lncRNARAB11B?AS1表达情况对 NSCLC病人生存情况的影响。结果试验组 lncRNA RAB11B?AS1表达(2.61±0.74)明显高于对照组(1.35±0.41)(P＜0.001)； NSCLC病人癌组织中 lncRNA RAB11B?AS1表达水平与病理类型、分化程度、淋巴结转移、远处转移和疾病分期有关(P＜0.05)； Cox回归分析显示， lncRNA RAB11B?AS1表达、远处转移和疾病分期均是影响 NSCLC预后的独立危险因素(HR＝2.69、2.70、2.93，95%CI:1.83~3.96、1.58~4.62、1.67~5.13，均 P＜0.05)； lncRNA RAB11B?AS1高表达病人术后 24个月的总生存率(28.30%)明显低于低表达病人(59.09%)(P＜0.05)。结论 lncRNA RAB11B?AS1在 NSCLC病人癌组织中表达上调，其表达水平与病人临床病理特征有关，且与病人的预后状况密切相关，可为 NSCLC的治疗提供参考。 |

| Objective To investigate the expression of antisense long non?coding RNA RAB11B?AS1(lncRNA RAB11B?AS1)in cancer tissues of patients with non?small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and its clinical significance.Methods Ninety?seven patientswho underwent surgical resection in Hunan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2014 to March2017 were selected.The resected cancer tissue was taken as the experimental group，and the adjacent tissue(2 cm from the edge of the tumor)of the same patient was taken as the control group.The expression of lncRNA RAB11B?AS1 was detected by quantitativereal?time reverse transcription PCR(RT?qPCR)，the relationship between lncRNA RAB11B?AS1 and pathological parameters of NSCLC was analyzed，Cox regression analysis was used to analyze the prognostic factors of NSCLC，and the effect of lncRNA RAB11B?AS1 expression on the survival of NSCLC patients was analyzed.Results The expression of lncRNA RAB11B?AS1 in the experimental group(2.61±0.74)was significantly higher than that in the control group(1.35±0.41)(P＜0.001).The expression level of lncRNA RAB11B?AS1 in NSCLC patients was correlated with pathological type，differentiation degree，lymph node metastasis，dis? tant metastasis and disease stage(P＜0.05).Cox regression analysis of the expression of lncRNA RAB11B?AS1，pathological type， differentiation degree，lymph node metastasis，distant metastasis and disease stage showed that the expression of lncRNA RAB11B? AS1，distant metastasis and disease stage were independent risk factors for the prognosis of NSCLC(HR＝2.69，2.70，2.93，95%CI:1.83?3.96，1.58?4.62，1.67?5.13，P＜0.05).The 24?month survival curve of NSCLC patients showed that overall survival rate of pa?tients with high expression of lncRNA RAB11B?AS1(28.30%)was significantly lower than that of patients with low expression of ln? cRNA RAB11B?AS1(59.09%)(P＜0.05).Conclusions The expression of lncRNA RAB11B?AS1 is up?regulated in NSCLC can?cer tissues.Its expression level is related to pathological type，differentiation degree，lymph node metastasis，distant metastasis and disease stage，and is closely related to the prognosis of NSCLC patients，which can provide reference for the treatment of NSCLC. |
