| 目的:分析心电图 ST?T改变对妊娠中晚期心力衰竭孕妇的预测价值。方法选取 2017年 1—12月前往深圳市龙华区人民医院进行产检并被检出的 20例妊娠中晚期心力衰竭孕妇作为心力衰竭组，另选同期 90例正常妊娠中晚期孕妇作为正常组，对两组心电图 ST?T进行比较，分析心电图 ST?T改变对心力衰竭的预测价值。结果心力衰竭组 Ⅱ、Ⅲ、avF导联 ST段水平型及下斜型下移超过 0.10 mV占比、 V4?V6导联 ST段水平型及下斜型下移超过 0.05 mV占比分别为 65.00%、35.00%，均高于正常组的 2.22%、3.33%(P＜0.05)。心力衰竭组 Tp?Te间期、 Tp?Te/水平分别为(102.38±1.28)ms、(3.74±0.26)均高于正常组的(82.85±1.25)ms、(2.59±0.31)(P＜0.05)。结论妊娠中晚期心力衰竭孕妇心电图 ST?T存在着明显的异常通过对 ST段改变，下移程度进行观察有助于及早发现和治疗心力衰竭。 |

| Objective To analyze the predictive value of ST?T changes in electrocardiogram(ECG)in pregnant women with heart failure in the middle and late pregnancy.Methods Twenty cases of pregnant women with heart failure in middle and late pregnan? cy who had been examined in The People’s Hospital of Longhua District from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the heart failure group，and other 90 cases of normal pregnant women in the middle and late stages of pregnancy in the same periodwere selected as the normal group.Then，the ECG ST?T of two groups were compared，and the predictive value of ECG ST?T chang? es on heart failure were analyzed.Results The proportion of horizontal and downward inclined ST?segment downshifts exceeding 0.1 mV in lead Ⅱ，Ⅲ and avF，and the proportion of horizontal and downward inclined ST?segment downshifts exceeding 0.05 mVin lead V4?V6 in the heart failure group were 65.00% and 35.00%，which were higher than those in the normal group(2.22% and 3.33%)，and the difference was significant(P＜0.05).The levels of T?wave end?to?end interval were compared between the two groups in the middle and late pregnancy，the heart failure group were(102.38±1.28)ms and(3.74±0.26)，which were higher than the normal group［(82.85±1.25)ms and(2.59±0.31)］， and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion There are significant abnormal change in ECG ST?T in pregnant women with heart failure in the middle and late pregnancy，which it is helpful to detect and treat heart failure early by observing the degree of ST segment down. |
