      目的基于气相色谱 -串联质谱法( GC-MS/MS)建立 16种多环芳烃的高通量的检测方法,采用点评估法进行多环芳烃残留摄入暴露风险研究。方法含有稳定同位素内标的环己烷提取 109份样品,经过 DB-5MS(0.25 mm×30 m,0.25 μm)分离后由 GC-MS/MS测定,检测模式为质谱多反应监测技术( MRM)模式,方法学验证结果满足痕量分析要求。结果 16种多环芳烃之和的浓度范围为 27.5~2 409.4 μg/kg,2~4环的多环芳烃检出率较高。以食品国家标准为参考,利用毒性当量因子综合计算 16种多环芳烃总浓度, 109份样品中 11.8%的根类、 12.5%的果实种子类、 9.7%的花类结果超限。通过点评估法发现金银花的急性风险商较高,存在一定风险。结论本研究建立了中药材中多环芳烃残留量快速定量方法,并利用点评估模式进行风险预警,为中药材中多环芳烃残留量标准的制定提供了相关参考。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a method for the high-throughput residual determination of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) based on gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) and to evaluate the exposure risk of intake of PAHs residual using deterministic approach.Methods The 109 samples were extracted by cyclohexane with stable isotope internal standard, separated by DB-5MS columns (0.25 mm × 30 m, 0.25 μm) and determined by GC-MS/MS. The detection mode was MRM mode. Methodological results met the requirements for trace analysis.Results The concentrations of 16 PAHs in 109 samples ranged from 27.5 to 2 409.4μg/kg, and the detection percentage of PAHs from 2 to 4 rings was higher. Taking the food national standard as a reference criterion,the total concentration of 16 PAHs was calculated by using the toxic equivalent factor. Among the 109 samples, the determination results of 11.8% of the roots, 12.5% of the fruit seeds, and 9.7% of the flowers were beyond the limit. Through the deterministic approach,the acute risk quotient of Flos Lonicerae japonicae was higher, which showed that there was some risk.Conclusion This study established a rapid method for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon residues in traditional Chinese medicinal herbs, and thedeterministic approach is used for risk warning, which provides reference for the criterion setting of PAHs residues in Chinese medicinal herbs.
