| 目的探讨升级容积法和称重法对产后出血量估算的偏差，以更准确地估算产后出血量。方法回顾性分析 2018年 1—7月 324例阴道分娩的孕妇和 2019年 1—7月 404例阴道分娩的孕妇， 2018年分娩的孕产妇用容积法估算产后 2h出血量， 2019年分娩的孕产妇用联合升级容积法和称重法估算产后 2h出血量，比较两种方法计算出血量与 Budny公式校正出血量的差异。结果容积法评估产后出血量［240(205，255)mL］与 Budny公式校正出血量［253(122.25，428.25)mL］相比较，存在低估可能( P<0.05)；联合升级容积法和称重法评估产后出血量与 Budny公式校正出血量相比较存在高估可能( P<0.05)。结论容积法评估产后出血量存在较大的低估差异，而联合升级容积法和称重法评估产后出血量与实际出血量存在高估差异，可以降低严重产后出血发生率，值得临床推广使用。 |

| Objective To explore the deviation of the escalated volumetric method and gravimetric method in the estimation of post partum hemorrhage to more accurately estimate the amount of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods This was a retrospective analysis of324 cases of pregnant women who delivered vaginal from January to July 2018 and 404 cases of vaginally delivery from January to July2019. The volume method was used to estimate the 2-hour postpartum hemorrhage in women who delivered in 2018, and the combinedescalated volumetric method and gravimetric method were used to estimate the 2-h postpartum hemorrhage in women who delivered in2019. The differences between the hemorrhage volume calculated by the two methods and the hemorrhage volume corrected by the Bud ny formula were compared.Results Compared with the Budny formula-corrected hemorrhage volume[253(122.25,428.25)mL], there isa possibility of underestimation of postpartum hemorrhage volume[240(205,255)mL] assessed by the volumetric method (P < 0.05); thepostpartum hemorrhage volume assessed by the combined escalated volumetric method and gravimetric method may be overestimatedcompared with the Budny formula-corrected bleeding volume (P < 0.05).Conclusion There is a large underestimation difference inthe evaluation of postpartum hemorrhage by the volume method, while there is an overestimated difference between the evaluation ofpostpartum hemorrhage and the actual hemorrhage by the combination of the escalated volumetric method and gravimetric method,which can reduce the incidence of severe postpartum hemorrhage and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
