| 目的比较鼻前庭囊肿的三种手术方式的临床治疗效果。方法回顾分析 2012年 8月至 2018年 8月成都市第七人民医院83例鼻前庭囊肿病人，根据手术方式分为唇龈沟摘除组(23例)、鼻内镜揭盖组(31例)和等离子消融组(29例)比较三种手术的手术指征及临床疗效。结果鼻内镜揭盖组和等离子消融组在手术时间［(21.5±2.3)min、(20.5±2.2)min比(45.5±2.6，)min］、术中出血［(13.1±1.3)mL、(12.5±1.4)mL比(39.3±2.5)mL］、伤口愈合时间［(4.0±0.8)d、(3.1±0.7)d比(5.6±0.9)d］、伤口疼痛程度评分［(1.5±0.5)量分、(1.4±0.5)分比(2.5±1.0)分］、1个月内麻木肿胀［16.1%(5/31)、6.9%(2/29)比 47.8%(11/23)］均优于唇龈沟摘除组(P<0.05)；除伤口愈合时间，其他方面等离子消融组与鼻内镜揭盖组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论内镜下鼻前庭囊肿揭盖术和消融术 |

| Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of three surgical methods for nasal vestibular cyst.Methods Eighty-three cases of nasal vestibular cyst in Chengdu 7th People's Hospital from August 2012 to August 2018 were analyzed retrospectively. Pa tients were assigned into three groups according to surgical methods: the labial gingival sulcus resection group (23 cases), the nasal endo scopic uncovered group (31 cases) and the plasma ablation group (29 cases). The surgical indications and clinical effects of three opera tions were compared among the three groups.Results The surgical time [(21.5±2.3) min, (20.5±2.2) min vs. (45.5±2.6) min], the surgi cal blood loss [(13.1±1.3) mL, (12.5±1.4) mL vs. (39.3±2.5) mL], the wound healing time [(4.0±0.8) d, (3.1±0.7) d vs. (5.6±0.9) d], the wound pain degree [(1.5±0.5), (1.4±0.5) vs. (2.5±1.0)], the numbness and swelling rate [16.1% (5/31), 6.9% (2/29) vs. 47.8% (11/23)] inthe nasal endoscopic uncovered group and the plasma ablation group were better than those in the labial gingival sulcus resection group(P<0.05). Except the wound healing time, there were no statistically significant differences between the nasal endoscopic uncoveredgroup and the plasma ablation group (P>0.05).Conclusions The nasal endoscopic uncovered surgery and ablation surgery of nasal ves tibular cyst have the advantages of shorter surgical time, less pain, milder postoperative reaction, lower incidence of adverse reactions.The cost of the nasal endoscopic uncovered surgery is cheaper and it can be the first choice for treatment of nasal vestibular cyst. |
