| 目的探索肝癌经导管动脉栓塞化疗后并发肝脓肿诊治经验，加强临床医生对肝癌介入前的术前评估、脓肿的处理及不良预后因素的认识。方法回顾性分析 2019年 3—9月皖南医学院弋矶山医院 2例肝癌经导管动脉栓塞化疗后并发肝脓肿病人临床资料及相关文献复习。结果肝癌介入后肝脓肿的形成与多种因素相关，术前评估为高风险，其再次介入后发生感染或肝脓肿的风险更高；同时肝癌介入后周边脓肿治疗后多伴有癌灶进展。结论术前的风险评估、预后因素或危险因素的认识尤为重要；肝癌介入后肝脓肿的形成提示预后不良。 |

| Objective To explore the experience in the diagnosis and treatment of liver abscess after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization for liver cancer, so as to improve the understanding of clinicians on preoperative evaluation, management of abscess and adverse prognostic factors of liver cancer before intervention.Methods The clinical data of 2 patients with liver abscess after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization in Yijishan Hospital of Wannan Medical College from March to September 2019 were retrospectively analyzed and relevant literature were reviewed.Results The formation of liver abscess after hepatocellular carcinoma intervention wasrelated to a variety of factors. If the preoperative assessment suggested high risk, the risk of infection or liver abscess would be higher after reintervention. At the same time, the peripheral abscess after interventional treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma was usually accompanied by the progression of carcinoma foci.Conclusion Preoperative risk assessment, prognostic factors or risk factors are veryimportant, and the formation of hepatic abscess after hepatocellular carcinoma intervention may indicate poor prognosis. |
