      目的建立虎杖中儿茶素、表儿茶素、虎杖苷、 2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯 -2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷( TSHG)、白藜芦醇和大黄素 6种酚类成分的一测多评法。方法采用 HPLC法,以虎杖苷为内参物,计算儿茶素、表儿茶素、 TSHG、白藜芦醇和大黄素的相对校正因子,并考察相对校正因子的耐用性。比较外标法和一测多评法对虎杖中 6种酚类成分的测定结果。结果儿茶素、表儿茶素、 TSHG、白藜芦醇和大黄素的相对校正因子分别为 0.114 1、0.111 4、0.608 6、1.310 3和 0.786 9。相对校正因子在不同色谱柱系统、流速和柱温下的 RSD均小于 5%,耐用性良好。一测多评法和外标法所得虎杖中 6种成分的含量差异无统计学意义。结论建立的一测多评法准确、可靠,可为虎杖药材的质量控制提供参考。

      Objective To establish a quantitative method of multi-components by single maker (QAMS) to analyze catechin, epicate- chin, polydatin, 2,3,5,4'-tetera-hydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside (TSHG), resveratrol and emodin in Polygonum cuspidatum.Meth- ods The high performance liquid chromatography analysis was adopted. Polydatin was set as the internal reference to calculate therelative correction factors (RCFs) of catechin, epicatechin, TSHG, resveratrol and emodin. Meanwhile, the repeatability and robustnessof the RCFs were assessed. Finally, the quantitative results by the QAMS method and external standard method were compared.Re- sults The RCFs of catechin, epicatechin, TSHG, resveratrol and emodin were 0.114 1, 0.111 4, 0.608 6, 1.310 3 and 0.786 9, respec-tively. The RCFs of all compounds were obtained with good reproducibility (RSD<5.0 %) under various chromatographic conditions, in-cluding different analytical systems, flow rates and column temperatures. There were no significant differences in the contents of the sixphenolic components acquired by the QAMS method and external standard method.Conclusion The established QAMS for simultane-ous determination of six phenolic components is accurate and reliable, which can provide reference for the quality control of Polygonum cuspidatum.
