| 目的通过高效液相色谱法( HPLC)测定前胡和硬前胡中白花前胡甲素和白花前胡乙素的含量，运用统计学方法对其进行质量分析比较和化学模式识别，并制定其检验方法。方法采用 Waters SunFire C18色谱柱( 250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)；流动相为甲醇和水溶液，梯度洗脱，体积流量 1.0 mL/min，检测波长 320 nm。使用 SPSS 26.0分析样品中白花前胡甲素和白花前胡乙素含量。结果前胡与硬前胡质量存在明显差异，白花前胡甲素和白花前胡乙素峰面积比值，前胡 <1.0，硬前胡 >1.0，可用于区别两种；前胡的指纹图谱相似度在 0.85以上，硬前胡小于 0.2；聚类分析中前胡和硬前胡各自相聚。结论所建立的方法可用于前胡和硬前胡的判别，操作快捷、简便和实用。 |

| Objective High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine the contents of praeruptorin A and praeruptorin B in Qianhu and hard Qianhu. Statistical methods were used for quality analysis and comparison and chemical pattern rec.ognition, and the test method was formulated.Methods A Waters SunFire C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used; the mobilephase was methanol and aqueous solution, gradient elution was performed, the volume flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and the detectionwavelength was 320 nm. SPSS 26.0 was used to analyze the content of praeruptorin A and praeruptorin B in the samples.Results There was a significant difference in the quality of Qianhu and hard Qianhu. The peak area ratio of praeruptorin A and praeruptorin B is less than 1.0 for Qianhu and more than 1.0 for hard Qianhu, which can be used to distinguish the two types. The similarity of the fin. gerprints of Qianhu is above 0.85. Hard Qianhu is less than 0.2; in the cluster analysis, Qianhu and hard Qianhu are clustered together. Conclusion The established method can be used to discriminate between Qianhu and hard Qianhu, and the operation is quick, sim. ple and practical. |
