      目的探讨膀胱癌组织微 RNA-212(miRNA-212)、微 RNA-137(miRNA-137)、微 RNA-200(miRNA-200)表达与临床病理特征的相关性及预测经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除(TURBT)术后复发的效能。方法选取 2017年 6月至 2021年 6月河北燕达医院 100例膀胱癌病人,比较癌组织和癌旁组织及不同病理特征病人 miRNA-212、miRNA-137、miRNA-200表达,并根据术后复发情况分为复发组、未复发组。比较两组 miRNA-212、miRNA-137、miRNA-200表达,采用受试者操作特征( ROC)曲线分析 miRNA-212、 miRNA-137、miRNA-200预测复发的价值,比较不同 miRNA-212、miRNA-137、miRNA-200表达水平病人复发率。结果癌组织 miRNA-212为 2.03±0.56低于癌旁组织 4.52±1.18(P<0.05),癌组织 miRNA-137、miRNA-200表达分别为 2.69±0.45、24.56±7.39,高于癌旁组织的 1.28±0.30、7.33±2.21(P<0.05);随着组织学分级、 TNM分期递增, miRNA-212表达逐渐降低, miRNA-137、miRNA-200表达逐渐升高(P<0.05);肌层浸润性膀胱癌病人 miRNA-212低于非肌层浸润性膀胱癌, miRNA-137、miRNA-200高于非肌层浸润性膀胱癌(P<0.05);复发组 miRNA-212(1.73±0.39)低于未复发组(2.28±0.44)(P<0.05)复发组 miRNA-137、miRNA-200分别为 3.06±0.72、37.96±12.18,高于未复发组 2.35±0.40、22.86±7.50(P<0.05); miRNA-212高水病人复发率低于低水平病人, miRNA-137、 miRNA-200高水平病人复发率高于低水平病人(P<0.05)。结论膀胱癌组织 miRNA-212、miRNA-137、miRNA-200表达与临床平,病理特征相关,联合检测对 TURBT后复发具有良好的预测能力,可作为预测术后复发的一种方案。

      Objective To explore the correlation of microRNA-212 (miRNA-212), microRNA-137 (miRNA-137), and microRNA-200 (miRNA-200) expressions in bladder cancer tissues with clinicopathological features and the efficacy of predicting recurrence aftertransurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT).Methods A total of 100 patients with bladder cancer admitted to Hebei Yanda Hos?pital from June 2017 to June 2021 were randomly selected to compare the expressions of miRNA-212, miRNA-137, and miRNA-200 in cancer tissues, adjacent tissues, and patients with different pathological characteristics. They were assigned into recurrence group andnon-recurrence group according to postoperative recurrence. A comparison was made of the expressions of miRNA-212, miRNA-137, and miRNA-200 between the two groups, and the predictive values of miRNA-212, miRNA-137, and miRNA-200 for recurrence were analyzed using receiver operating characteristic curves (ROC). Meanwhile, the recurrence rates of patients with different expression lev?els of miRNA-212, miRNA-137, and miRNA-200 were also compared.Results The expression of miRNA-212 in cancer tissues was 2.03±0.56, which was lower than that in adjacent tissues 4.52±1.18 (P<0.05). The expressions of miRNA-137 and miRNA-200 in can? cer tissues were 2.69±0.45 and 24.56±7.39, respectively, which were higher than those in adjacent tissues (1.28±0.30 and 7.33±2.21, P <0.05). As histological grading and TNM staging increased, the expression of miRNA-212 gradually decreased, while the expressions of miRNA-137 and miRNA-200 gradually increased (P<0.05). The miRNA-212 expression of myometrial invasive bladder cancer patients was lower than that of non-myometrial invasive bladder cancer patients, while the expressions of miRNA-137 and miRNA-200 were higher in myometrial invasive bladder cancer patients than those non-myometrial invasive bladder cancer patients (P<0.05). The miR? NA-212 expression in the recurrent group was 1.73±0.39, which was lower than that in the non-recurrent group 2.28±0.44 (P<0.05), while the miRNA-137 and miRNA-200 in the recurrent group were 3.06±0.72 and 37.96±12.18, which were higher than those in the non-recurrent group (2.35±0.40 and 22.86±7.50, P<0.05). The recurrence rate of patients with high-level miRNA-212 was lower than that of patients with low-level miRNA-212, while the recurrence rate of patients with high-level miRNA-137 and miRNA-200 was high? er than that of patients with low-level miRNA-137 and miRNA-200 (P<0.05).Conclusion The expressions of miRNA-212, miRNA137 and miRNA-200 in bladder cancer tissues correlate with clinicopathological features, and the combined assay has good predictiveability for recurrence after TURBT, which can be used as a predictive scheme for postoperative recurrence.
