      目的比较 755 nm皮秒激光与 Q开关激光 1 064 nm治疗颧部褐青色痣的有效性及安全性。方法选择 2020年 1月至 2021年 1月在东莞台心医院就诊的 180例颧部褐青色痣病人作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为皮秒激光组(n=90)和 Q开关激光组(n=90)。皮秒激光组采用 755 nm皮秒激光治疗, Q开关激光组采用 Q开关激光 1 064 nm治疗,两组病人均每隔 2.5个月治疗 1次,连续治疗 5次,比较两组病人每次治疗后的显效率、最终痊愈率,不良反应情况及病人满意率。结果第 1、2、3、4、5次治疗后,皮秒激光组病人的显效率为 0、14.44%、43.33%、71.76%、93.33%,Q开关激光组病人的显效率为 0、21.11%、47.73%、78.82%、94.37%,两组病人每次治疗后的显效率比较均差异无统计学意义(均 P>0.05); Q开关激光组病人的最终痊愈率 84.44%明显高于皮秒激光组的 71.11%(P<0.05)。Q开关激光组患的色素沉着发生率 25.56%明显低于皮秒激光组病人的 40.00%(P<0.05); Q开关激光组患的病人满意率 84.44%与皮秒激光组病人的 80.00%比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 755 nm皮秒激光与 Q开关激光 1 064 nm均是治疗颧部褐青色痣的有效方法,但是 Q开关激光 1 064 nm的痊愈率更高且安全性良好。

      Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of 755 nm picosecond laser and 1 064 nm Q-switched laser in the treatment of naevus fuscocaeruginosa zygomaticus.Methods A total of 180 patients with naevus fuscocaeruginosa zygomaticus, treated in theDongguan Taixin Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021, were selected as the research subjects and randomly assigned into pico?second laser group (n=90) and Q-switched laser group (n=90). The picosecond laser group was treated with 755 nm picosecond laser, while the Q-switched laser group was treated with 1 064 nm Q-switched laser. The patients in both groups were treated once every 2.5months for five consecutive times. The effective rate, final cure rate, adverse reactions and patient satisfaction rate of the two groupswere compared after each treatment.Results After the first, second, third, fourth and fifth treatment, the markedly effective rates of pa?tients in the picosecond laser group were 0, 14.44%, 43.33%, 71.76% and 93.33%, and those in the Q-switched laser group were 0,21.11%, 47.73%, 78.82% and 94.37%. There was no significant difference in the markedly effective rates between the two groups aftereach treatment (all P>0.05). The final cure rate of patients in Q-switched laser group was 84.44%, which was significantly higher than 71.11% in picosecond laser group (P<0.05). The incidence of pigmentation in Q-switched laser group (25.56%) was significantly lower than that in picosecond laser group (40.00%) (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of patients in Q-switched laser group was 84.44%, which was not statistically significant compared with 80.00% in picosecond laser group (P>0.05).Conclusion Both 755 nm picosecond laser and 1064 nm Q-switched laser are effective methods for the treatment of naevus fuscocerus zygomaticus, but 1064 nm Q-switched laser has higher cure rate and good safety.
