      目的探讨微 RNA-802(miR-802)在肥胖人群脂肪组织中的表达情况及临床意义。方法选择 2019年 3月至 2021年 7月在枣庄市三家医院因慢性胆囊结石而需手术治疗的病人 102例,其中体质量指数( BMI)≥28 kg/m2有 59例作为肥胖组, BMI <24 kg/m2有 43例作为非肥胖组。手术过程中取皮下脂肪组织,采用实时荧光定量逆转录 PCR(RT-qPCR)检测脂肪组织 miR-802相对表达量;比较两组人体学指标、血脂、血糖等临床资料;采用 Pearson分析肥胖病人脂肪组织 miR-802水平与各指标的相关性。结果肥胖组、非肥胖组病人性别、年龄及血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇( HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇( LDL-C)水平之间比较,差异无统计学意义( P>0.05),肥胖组病人 BMI[( 31.81±2.43)kg/m2]、腰臀比( WHR)(1.03±0.07)、空腹血糖( FBG)[( 10.51±2.71)mmol/L]、空腹胰岛素( FINS)[( 16.54±3.26)mU/L]、胰岛素抵抗指数( HOMA-IR)(6.38±1.42)、三酰甘油( TG)[( 2.18±0.63)mmol/L]、总胆固醇( TC)[( 5.31±0.92)mmol/L]水平高于非肥胖组[( 21.54±1.47)kg/m2(0.81±0.05)、(5.45±1.53) mmol/L、(9.43±2.89)mU/L、(2.25±0.47)、(1.43±0.45)mmol/L、(4.46±0.83)mmol/L],差异有统计学意义(、P<0.05);肥胖组( 2.17±0.43)病人脂肪组织 miR-802水平较非肥胖组( 1.05±0.13)显著升高( P<0.05);相关性分析显示,肥胖病人脂肪组织 miR-802表达水平与 BMI、WHR、FBG、FINS、HOMA-IR、TG、TC呈正相关( P<0.05),与 HDL-C、LDL-C无明显相关性( P>0.05)。结论肥胖人群脂肪组织中 miR-802水平升高,与病人血脂、血糖水平相关,对临床防治肥胖有一定指导意义。

      Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of microRNA-802 (miR-802) in adipose tissue of obese people.Methods A total of 102 patients who required surgical treatment for chronic cholecystolithiasis in three hospital in Zaozhuangfrom March 2019 to July 2021 were selected as observation objects. Among them, 59 cases with body mass index (BMI)≥28 kg/m2 were regarded as the obese group,and 43 cases with BMI<24 kg/m2 were regarded as the non-obese group.The subcutaneous fat tissue was re-moved during the operation,the relative expression of miR-802 in adipose tissue was detected with real-time quantitative reverse tran-scription PCR (RT-qPCR);the clinical data of human body index, blood lipid and blood glucose were compared between the two groups;the correlation between the level of miR-802 in adipose tissue of obese patients and various indicators was analyzed with Pearson meth-od.Results There was no significant difference between the obese group and the non-obese group in gender, age, serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) levels (P>0.05).BMI [(31.81±2.43) kg/m2],waist-to-hipratio (WHR) (1.03±0.07),fasting blood glucose (FBG) [(10.51±2.71) mmol/L], fasting insulin (FINS) [(16.54±3.26) mU/L],insulin resis-tance index (HOMA-IR) (6.38±1.42), triglycerides (TG) [(2.18±0.63) mmol/L], and total cholesterol (TC) [(5.31±0.92) mmol/L] in obesegroup were higher than those in non-obese group [(21.54±1.47) kg/m2,(0.81±0.05), (5.45±1.53) mmol/L, (9.43±2.89) mU/L,(2.25±0.47),(1.43±0.45) mmol/L,(4.46±0.83) mmol/L],the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the level of miR-802 in adipose tissue in the obese group (2.17±0.43) was significantly higher than that in the non-obese group (1.05±0.13) (P<0.05);correlation analysis showed that the expression level of miR-802 in adipose tissue of obese patients was positively correlated with BMI,WHR, FBG, FINS, HOMA-IR, TG, and TC (P<0.05),but not significantly correlated with HDL-C and LDL-C(P>0.05).Conclusion The level of miR-802 in the adipose tissue of obese people is increased, it is related to the blood lipid and blood glucose levels of the patients, which has certainguiding significance for the clinical prevention and treatment of obesity.
