目的:观察任务导向训练联合引导式教育对痉挛型脑瘫患儿粗大运动功能的影响
。方法:采用便利抽样法选择2021年10月至2023年1月在山西省儿童医院康复科诊治且符合入选标准的痉挛型脑瘫患儿60例,经家长签署知情同意书后,用密封信封法将以上患儿分为对照组和观察组,每组患儿30例。对照组患儿接受常规康复训练(每日1次,每项治疗30min),观察组在常规康复训练基础上给予任务导向训练联合引导式教育(每日1次,每次30min),2组患儿均住院治疗12周,分别于干预前、干预12周后采用粗大运动功能评定量表(GMFM)的站立(D)区、步行及跑跳(E)区评定、Peabody粗大运动发育量表(PDMS-GM)的姿势、移动测试对患儿粗大运动功能进行评估。结果:干预12周后观察组患儿的GMFM的D区评分(26.02±3.14)、E区评分(27.97±5.29),PDMS-GM姿势评分(57.34±14.83)、移动评分(75.14±14.73)与组内治疗前、对照组治疗后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.O5)。结论:任务导向训练联合引导式教育可有效改善痉挛型脑瘫患儿粗大运动功能。 |

Objective:To observe effect of task-oriented training combined with conductive education on gross motor function in children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods:A total of 6o children with spastic cerebral palsy in children,s hospital of shanxi Rehabilitation Department from October 2021 to January 2023 were selected,they were randomly divided into a control group (n=30) and a observation group (n=30),The children in the control group were given routine rehabilitation training,while the children in the observation group received routine rehabilitation training and task-oriented training combined with conductive education.Both groups were hospitalized for 12 weeks,Gross motor function of the two groups were evaluated with the gross motor function measure(GMFM):D district 、 E district ,and Peabody gross motor development Scale(posture、move).Results:After 12 weeks there was significant improvement in GMFM(D、Edistrict)、PDMS-GM (posture、move)scores of both groups,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.O5).After treatment,the scores of GMFM(D、Edistrict),PDMS-GM (posture、move)in the observation group were(26.02±3.14)、(27.97±5.29) and (57.34±14.83)、(75.14±14.73)respectively, which were better than those in the control group ,the difference within the group was statistically significant(P<0.O5).Conclusion:task-oriented training combined with conductive education can significantly improve the gross motor function of children with spastic cerebral palsy. |
