| 目的 观察导乐陪护分娩模式对产妇妊娠结局、情感状况及不良事件的影响。方法 选取2015年8—11月常州市金坛区人民医院接收的行传统护理模式的产妇44例,作为对照组；另选取2015年12月至2016年3月该院接收的行导乐陪伴式分娩的产妇44例,作为研究组。比较两组分娩结局、产后2 h出血量、干预前后焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)和抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分及不良事件发生率。结果 研究组中转剖宫产率为2.3%(1/44),低于对照组的18.2%(8/44)；研究组自然分娩率为97.7%(43/44),高于对照组的81.8%(36/44),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产妇产后2 h出血量少于对照组、SAS和SDS评分均小于对照组,研究组在围生期的不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 产妇引入导乐陪护分娩模式,有助于缓解其焦虑、抑郁情绪,降低中转剖宫产发生率,减少不良事件发生数,提高了产科护理质量。 |

| Objective To explore the effects of doula accompany delivery mode on pregnancy outcome,emotional status and adverse events.Methods From August 2015 to November 2015,4 cases of pregnant women receiving traditional nursing mode in Jintan District People's Hospital of Changzhou were selected as the control group.In addition,44 cases of pregnant women receiving doula accompanied mode received from December 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the study group.The outcome of delivery,postpartum blood loss at 2 h,,the scores of SAS and SDS before and after intervention and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The transfer rate of cesarean section in the study group was 2.3% (1/44),which was lower than 18.2% (8/44) in the control group;The natural delivery rate in the study group was 97.7% (43/44),which was higher than that in the control group 81.8%(36/44),with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Maternal introduction of doula accompany delivery mode helps to alleviate the anxiety and depression,and can reduce transfer of cesarean section rate and obtain more substantial clinical benefits. |
