| 目的 调查分析药学干预对剖宫产围手术期抗菌药物合理使用的促进效果。方法 对干预前、后剖宫产围手术期抗菌药物选择、给药时机、用药疗程、费用等进行统计,对比分析。结果 经药学干预,剖宫产围手术期抗菌药物选择合格率上升36.0％,疗程合格率上升43.0％,抗菌药物费用下降41.3％,总药费下降23.1％。结论 经药学干预,该院剖宫产围手术期抗菌药物合理应用效果显著。 |

| Objective To investigate pharmaceutical intervention promoted effect of the rational use of antimicrobial drugs on cesarean section perioperative. Methods Before and after the intervention,we statistics and comparative analysis of antimicrobial drug selection,timing of administration,drug treatment,costs on cesarean section perioperative. Results After the intervention,cesarean section perioperative antimicrobial drug selection pass rate increased 36.0%,course pass rates increased 43.0%.And the anti-bacterial expenses decreased 41.3%,total medical expenses fell 23.1%. Conclusion After pharmaceutical intervention,the effect on cesarean section perioperative rational use of antimicrobial drugs were significant. |
