| 目的 探讨小儿轮状病毒(RV)肠炎应用消旋卡多曲颗粒联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗的临床效果。方法 选取宿州市立医院2015年1月至2016年4月收治的122例RV肠炎病儿,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组61例。对照组:在常规综合治疗基础上,给予消旋卡多曲颗粒；观察组:在对照组基础上,联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗。比较两组止泻时间、总病程,治疗72 h后的临床疗效,治疗期间不良反应。结果 观察组止泻时间、总病程分别为(54.38±7.95) h、(77.86±12.25) h,均显著少于对照组(t=13.007,2.563,均P<0.01)；观察组总有效率为96.72%,明显高于对照组83.61%(χ2=5.915,P=0.015)。结论 小儿RV肠炎应用消旋卡多曲颗粒联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗更有利于缓解腹泻症状,疗效切实,安全性好,具有较高临床参考价值。 |

| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of the combination of Racecadotril and zinc gluconate on treating childhood rotavirus enteritis.Methods One hundred and twenty-two children with rotavirus enteritis treated in Suzhou Municipal Hospital from January 2015 to April 2016 were randomly assigned into observation group and control group according to random number table method,each group with 61 cases.All patients of two groups were given conventional treatment and Racecadotril,and the observation group was additionally treated with zinc gluconate.The antidiarrheal time,the general course of the disease,the clinical efficacy after 72 hours of treatment and adverse reactions during treatment were recorded and compared.Results The antidiarrheal time [(54.38±7.95) h] and the general course of the disease [(77.86±12.25) h] of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (t=13.007,2.563,all P<0.01).The total effective rate of observation group (96.72%) was significantly higher than 83.61% of the control group (χ2=5.915,P=0.015).Conclusion The treatment of Racecadotril combined with zinc gluconate for children with rotavirus enteritis is more conducive to alleviating the symptoms of diarrhea.It has greater efficacy,better safety and higher clinical reference value. |
