| 目的评价 Er，Cr:YSGG激光牙周袋内清创术对中重度慢性牙周炎的临床疗效。方法选取 2016年 1月至 2018年 2月安徽医科大学第二附属医院就诊的慢性牙周炎病人 26例，采用随机数字表法分为两组，观察组 13例病人 126颗受试牙共计 756个位点，在龈下刮治和根面平整术( SRP)后使用 Er，Cr:YSGG激光进行牙周袋内清创，对照组 13例病人 118颗受试牙共计 708个位点，仅进行 SRP，比较两组治疗后牙周探诊深度( PD)、临床附着丧失( CAL)和探诊出血( BOP)的变化。结果观察组治疗后的 PD［(2.51±1.05)比( 4.70±1.71)mm］、 CAL［(2.62±0.89)比( 4.47±1.40)mm］和 BOP［(16.1)%比( 100.0)%］和对照组治疗后的 PD［(3.38±1.50)比( 4.84±1.72)mm］、 CAL［(3.40±1.25)比( 4.58±1.40)mm］和 BOP［(24.6)%比( 100.0)%］均较治疗前明显降低( P＜0.05)且观察组降低显著高于对照组( P＜0.05)。结论 Er，Cr:YSGG激光辅助 SRP可以有效提高 SRP的疗效。 |

| Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of periodontal subgingival debridement with Er，Cr:YSGG laser that assisted treatment of moderate to severe chronic periodontitis.Methods 26 patients with chronic periodontitis were chosen and divided into two groups randomly.Test group(756 sites on 126 teeth from 13 patients)was treated with subgingival scaling and root planning(SRP)and Er，Cr:YSGG laser，and compare group(708 sites on 118 teeth from 13 patients)was treated with SRP only.Compare probing depth(PD)，clinical attachment loss(CAL)，bleeding on probing(BOP)changes.Results PD［(2.51±1.05)vs.(4.70±1.71) mm］CAL［(2.62±0.89)vs.(4.47±1.40)mm］，BOP［(16.1)% vs.(100.0)%］of test group and PD［(3.38±1.50)vs.(4.84±1.72)mm］， CAL［(2，.62±0.89)vs.(4.47±1.40)mm］，BOP［(24.6)% vs.(100.0)%］of control group after treatment were significantly lower than before.PD，CAL，BOP of test group after treatment reduced significantly higher than control group.Conclusion Er，Cr:YSGG laser assisted SRP can improve the clinical effect obviously. |
