| 【】目的：表柔比星是膀胱灌注辅助治疗膀胱癌的常用药物,本研究主要通过研究表柔比星对膀胱癌细胞中miR-21表达的影响,从而探讨表柔比星治疗膀胱癌的作用机制。方法：本研究通过向膀胱肿瘤细胞中加入不同浓度表柔比星培养细胞后,检测细胞中miR-21表达量的变化情况。结果：随着表柔比星浓度的增加,膀胱癌细胞5637中的miR-21的表达水平下降。观察组不同浓度与对照组比较具有统计学差异(P＜0.05),随着表柔比星浓度的增加,人膀胱癌5637细胞中的miRNA-21的表达水平下降,即呈剂量依赖趋势。结论：表柔比星能够抑制膀胱癌细胞中miR-21的表达,并呈浓度依赖趋势。 |

| 【】Objective: Epirubicin is a commonly used drug assisted bladder perfusion treatment of bladder cancer, this study mainly through the study of epirubicin on expression of miR-21 in bladder cancer cells, so as to explore the mechanism of epirubicin in the treatment of bladder cancer. Method:This study by adding different concentrations of epirubicin in cultured cells to bladder cancer cells, detected the expression level of miR-21.Result: The expression level of miR-21 in bladder cancer cell 5637 is decreased with the increase of the epirubicin. Observed groups of different concentrations and the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05), with epirubicin concentration increased, expression level in human bladder cancer 5637 cells miRNA-21 decreased, i.e. in a dose dependent trend. Conclusion: Epirubicin can inhibit the expression of miR-21 in bladder cancer cells, and a dose-dependent trend. |
