| 目的：探讨内镜下复杂上消化道异物的处理及并发症的防治。方法：采用Olympus GIF-V70 型电子胃镜,PENTAX2930和2990i电子胃镜和辅助器械对56例复杂上消化道异物患者进行治疗,复习相关文献探讨并发症的防治。结果：53例复杂异物完整取出,其中1例术后出现大出血死亡,3例内镜下取异物失败。结论：及早诊断、娴熟内镜操作技术及取异物方法的改进均是减少并发症的有效途径。 |

| AIM: To investigate the endoscopic management of the complex foreign bodies in the upper gastrointestinal tract and the control of the associated complications. METHODS: Fifty-six patients diagnosed with complex foreign bodies in the upper gastrointestinal tract were removed by using electron gastroscope and various accessory devices for grasping the foreign bodies. RESULTS: Foreign bodies in 53 cases patients were removed successfully while one of which died due to bleeding eventually. CONCLUSION: The complications could be effectively reduced by early treatment, skilled endoscopic technology and improvements of removal methods. |
