| 目的 对比研究改工艺后消栓通络片与市售消栓通络片对大鼠局灶性脑缺血的治疗作用差异。方法 采用颈内动脉插入尼龙线栓来制作大鼠左侧大脑中动脉栓塞(middle cerebral artery occlusion, MCAO)模型。检测给药后各组大鼠行为学评分、脑梗死面积及血清SOD、NF-κB、caspase-3含量的差异。结果 消栓通络片高、中剂量组均能有效缓解4h,24h时MCAO引起的行为学病变,降低行为学评分。消栓通络片高、中、低剂量组均能升高MCAO引起的SOD降低。消栓通络片高、低剂量组能明显降低MCAO引起的血清NF-κB的升高,消栓通络片中、低剂量组对MCAO引起的Caspase-3的显著升高有一定抑制作用。结论 改工艺消栓通络片各剂量组对脑缺血进展期大鼠均有一定的恢复作用。从大鼠行为学评分的降低,血清SOD活性的增加,血清Caspase-3、NF-κB的表达均有一定的抑制作用,其效果优于市售消栓通络片。 |

| Objective: To discuss the difference of effection of XiaoShuan TongLuo and market XiaoShuan TongLuo tablets on rats with focal cerebral ischemia. Method: Rat models with middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) were established. The behavior and infarct size.The SOD activity,NF-κB and CASPASE-3 contents were measured. Result: Compared with the lower group, higher and middle dosage groups of XiaoShuan TongLuo (0.44 and 0.22 g.kg-1) could obviously decrease the scales of neurological behavior of MCAO rats remarkably,all group of XiaoShuan TongLuo could obviously increase the SOD of MCAO rats remarkably,and higher and lower dosage groups of XiaoShuan TongLuo could obviously decrease the NF-κB lever of MCAO rats. Middle and lower dosage groups of XiaoShuan TongLuo could obviously decrease the CASPASE-3 lever of MCAO rats. Conclusion: Each dose group of XiaoShuan TongLuo on cerebral ischemia in rats have some recovery action. From the behavior decreased,SOD increased,the expression of serum caspase-3 and NF-κB have a certain inhibited, it is better than the market XiaoShuan TongLuo tablets. |
