| 【】目的：通过对370例口腔种植修复病例资料的回顾性研究,分析2011年我院口腔种植科种植病人的基本情况、种植体型号、手术方式,初步探讨种植失败的可能原因。方法：回顾2011年1月至2011年12月在合肥市口腔医院口腔种植科进行种植修复的病例370人共623颗植体的相关数据,随访观察5年后就6颗种植失败病例,分析可能失败原因。结果：种植义齿成功率在95%以上,种植失败主要原因是种植体周围炎症。结论：种植义齿修复患者年龄集中在40~59岁,牙位以后牙为主。控制种植体周围炎的发生和发展能显著降低种植失败率。 |

| Objective: To analysis the patients’ basic information,implant types,implant position and to investigate the relevant factors associated with the failure of dental implant,throught retrospective study 370 patients. Methods: Choose the 370 patients(623 implants) from 2011.1 to 2011.12, 6 unsuccessful implants were analyzed after 5 years follow-up observation.Result:The accumulative persistence rate of implant was over 95%;the main cause of failure was peri-implantitis.Conclusion:the most patients were 40~59 years old,the posterior regions was the most implant position.Control the occurrence and development of peri-implantitis can significantly reduced implanting failure. |
