      本文旨在探讨骨科住院医师规范化培训临床思维方面存在的问题和改进措施。规范化培训医生中普遍存在临床基本知识掌握少,缺少实际操作,工作积极性较低,疾病诊疗中过分依赖辅助检查等缺陷。临床思维方面表现单一、片面,做不到理论联系实际。通过制定专业知识学习规划,增加实际操作训练,坚持以问题为导向的教学模式,参与病人术后随访研究等方法,来培养规培医生的临床思维能力,实践证明这些措施能够明显提高培医生临床上分析问题解决问题的能力,为培养一名优秀的医生打下良好的基础。
英文摘要:
      This paper analyses the problems during this training course and the methods for clinical thinking capability cultivation of orthopedic resident physicians. Those factors including Lack of clinical knowledge and practical operation, no initiative and reliance on auxiliary examination for diagnosis exsit in training course for orthopedic resident physicians.Clinical thinking is a single, one-sided and no linking theory with practice. Through increasing study of professional knowledge and actual operation, implementation of problem-based learning and participating in follow-up study for patient to cultivate clinical thinking quality. The result showed these measures could improve ability to analyze and solve clinical problem, which would help to cultivate a good doctor.
