| 心血管疾病是类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)患者最常见的死亡原因,然而RA心血管损害的确切机制尚不清楚。心血管疾病的传统危险因素在RA中的表现与一般人群不同,这可能与RA疾病的特异性有关,因此非传统心血管危险因素对RA心血管损害的影响不容忽视。其中炎症是联系RA与心血管的最重要因素,并加强了部分传统危险因素的作用。 |

| Cardiovascular disease is the most common cause of mortality in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA),while the pathogenesis of cardiovascular damage in RA is still not clear. Traditional cardiovascular risk factors behave differently in RA patients, which may related to the specificity of RA and therefore nontraditional cardiovascular risk factors play an important role in cardiovascular damage in RA. Inflammation is one of the most important factors which link RA with cardiovascular disease, and it can strengthen the role of some traditional risk factors. |
