目的 建立HPLC测定尼美舒利颗粒的含量。 方法 采用Agilent HC-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)色谱柱;流动相:乙腈—1.15 g·L-1磷酸二氢铵溶液(氨水调pH至7.0)(40∶60);检测波长为230 nm;流速1.0 mL·min-1;柱温为30℃;进样量为20 μL。结果 尼美舒利在10.04~100.4 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9)范围内线性良好,平均回收率为98.2%, RSD为0.83%(n=6)。结论 该方法专属性强,准确度高、重现性良好,可用于尼美舒利颗粒的质量控制。 |

Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of Nimesulide Granules.Methods The column of Agilent HC C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm)was used,mobile phase was composed by acetonitrile-1.15 g·L-1 ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (ammoniaadjust pH=7.0)(40∶60) and detected at 230 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The linear range of nimesulide was from 10.04 to 100.4 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 9),and the average recovery was 98.8%,RSD was 0.83%(n=6) Conclusion The method is convenient,fast,accurate,sensitive and the reproducibility is high for the determination of the contents of nimesulide. |
