| The novel formulation of long circulating liposomes is promising in clinical application because it has a unique mechanism of targeting tumor cells and it can realize long-term retention in the blood,as well as high concentration in the lesion site. By reviewing and summarizing the relevant literatures,the long circulating liposome and its preparation method,quality evaluation,pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics were reviewed. |
