目的 观察复方二黄颗粒对慢性肾衰竭大鼠的肾组织病理及TGF-β1(转化生长因子-β1)、FN(纤维连接蛋白)、α-SMA(α-平滑肌肌动蛋白)表达的影响。方法 成年雄性SD大鼠30只,随机分为假手术组、模型对照组、治疗组共3组;5/6肾切除喂养4周后,各组大鼠分别给予药物及等量生理盐水灌胃共8周后,处死所有大鼠,留取肾组织。观察各组大鼠的肾脏病理变化,并用免疫组化法观察肾组织TGF-β1、FN、α- SMA的表达,并进行统计学分析。结果 复方二黄颗粒能改善肾衰大鼠的肾小球硬化、间质纤维化;并能抑制肾衰大鼠肾组织中TGF-β1、FN、α- SMA表达的上调,各组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 复方二黄颗粒能改善慢性肾衰竭大鼠的肾脏纤维化。 |

Objective To observe the effects of Erhuang compound granule on protecting and curing chronic renal failure (CRF) due to 5/6 nephrectomy (NPX). Methods Thirty rats with 5/6 nephrectomy were assigned into 3 groups:nonoperation group,excision model group and Erhuang compound granule group.Then,each group was fed with different medicines for 8 weeks before the rats were killed and the kidneys were used for pathological testing.Results Erhuang compound granule could significantly down-regulate protein expressions of TGF-β1,FN and α- SMA in kidney of CRF rats,which could improve the condition of the CRF rats.Conclusion Erhuang compound granule is protective for chronic renal failure in kidney subtotal excision rats. |
