| 目的 探讨联合检测缺血修饰蛋白(IMA)及D-二聚体在肺栓塞(PE)患者的诊断价值、病情判断方面的指导意义。方法 收集了近7年来该院确诊的及疑似的肺栓塞患者56例,将确诊PE患者30例、非PE患者(疑似患者)26例、健康志愿者30例进行研究,并将PE患者30例分成3亚组:高危组、中危组、低危组,记录其外周血IMA、D-二聚体数值。并将结果与CT肺动脉造影(CTPA)结果进行对照。结果 PE组患者IMA、D-二聚体数值显著升高,相比非PE组、健康受试组具有统计学差异。与CTPA结果相符。PE患者亚组分析:高危组、中危组中IMA、D-二聚体水平相比低危组明显升高,但高危、中危组间比较没有统计学差异。结论 肺栓塞患者中,缺血修饰蛋白、D-二聚体水平越高,患者的危险分层越高,病情越重。对于可疑的肺栓塞患者,检测IMA、D-二聚体可以帮助急性肺栓塞的的诊断。 |

| Objective Discussion on the guiding significance of diganosis and judging the condition of pulmonary embolism (PE) by detected ischemia modified albumin (IMA) and D-dimer.Methods Collected 56 cases diagnosed and suspected PE patients in our hospital nearly 7 years. Then,they were divided into 3 groups, confirmed group 30 cases, suspected group 26 cases and the healthy control group 30 cases. Meanwhile,the PE group was divided into 3 parts:high-risk group, moderate-risk group and low-risk group. Recorded the results of IMA and D-dimer. The result will be compared with CT pulmonary angiography.Results The values of IMA and D-dimer in PE group were significantly higher than non-PE group and healthy control group, it had a significant difference. This result was consistent with the CTPA results. PE patients subgroups showed:the values of IMA and D-dimer in high-risk group and moderate-risk group were significantly higher than low-risk group, but there was no sigificant different between high-risk group and moderate-risk group. Conclusion The PE patients with higher risk stratification had a higher levels of IMA and D-dimer, the more severe condition of them. For patients with suspected PE, detection IMA and D-dimer were helpful in the diagnosis of acut PE. |
