| 目的 建立用高效液相色谱法测定男宝胶囊中金丝桃苷含量的方法。方法 采用C18反相色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.085%磷酸(17∶83),检测波长为360 nm,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,进样量为10 μL。结果 金丝桃苷在2.15~21.5 mg·L-1范围内线性良好,回归方程Y=9 203X-2 501.5,r=0.999 2(n=6)。平均回收率为97.9%,RSD为1.0 %(n=7)。结论 该法简捷,准确,重现性好,稳定性高,可用于男宝胶囊中测定金丝桃苷的含量测定。 |

| Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of hyperoside in Nanbao capsule.Methods C18 reversed phase column was adopted with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.085% phosphate (17:83). The detection wavelength was 360 nm, the velocity was 1.0 mL·min-1, and the injection volume was 10μL .ResultsHyperoside had a good linearity in the range between 2.15 mg·L-1 and 21.5 mg·L-1. The regression equation was y=19203x-2501.5, r=0.999 2 (n=6). The average recovery was 97.9%. RSD was 1.0% (n=7). Conclusions This method is simple, fast, accurate, highly stable, and well reproducible, which can be used to determine the content of hyperoside in Nanbao capsule. |
