      目的 探讨关节镜下一期修复重建膝关节多发韧带损伤的效果。方法 选取医院收治的膝关节多发韧带损伤23例患者作为研究对象,均于关节镜下行韧带修复重建术,手术前后均行膝关节功能评分(Lysholm)、膝关节主观评价量表(IKDC)评分、生活质量评分量表(SF-36)评分及Lachman实验,观察膝关节功能恢复情况。结果 术后12个月,73.91%患膝功能恢复至手术前,21.74%明显改善;Lysholm评分亚型、IKDC评分、SF-36评分均较治疗前高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后关节活动范围为(129.87±10.68)°较治疗前(82.16±9.52)°高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后Lachman实验阴性率为78.26%较治疗前0.0%高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 关节镜下一期修复重建膝关节多发韧带损伤,可提高膝关节功能,恢复其稳定性。

      Objective To explore the effect of arthroscopic one-stage repair and reconstruction on multiple ligament injuries of knee joint.Methods The 23 cases of patients with multiple ligament injuries of knee joint admitted into the Second Affiliated Hospital of Luohe Medical College were selected as the research objects.The patients all received arthroscopic one-stage repair and reconstruction of the ligament.Before and after surgery, the knee function scores (Lysholm), knee joint subjective evaluation scale (IKDC), quality of life score (SF-36) and Lachman test were carried out and the recovery of knee joint function was observed.Results 12 months after surgery, knee function of 73.91% of the patients recovered to that before surgery and 21.74% improved significantly; Lysholm score subtype, IKDC score and SF-36 score were higher than those before the treatment and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After the treatment, the joint range of motion was (129.87±10.68) degrees which was higher than (8.216±952) degrees before the treatment and the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).After the treatment, the negative rate of Lachman test was 78.26% which was higher than 0.0% before the treatment and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Arthroscopic one-stage repair and reconstruction for multiple ligament injuries of knee joint can improve the knee joint function and restore its stability.
