      目的 探讨了唑来膦酸注射液对骨质疏松大鼠模型的治疗效果分析。方法 SD大鼠30只,采用切除卵巢法建立骨质疏松模型。随机分为模型组,低剂量组和高剂量组;同时选取10只大鼠作为假手术组。模型建立成功后假手术组和模型组腹腔注射100 μL生理盐水,低剂量组和高剂量组均腹腔注射100 μL唑来膦酸注射液;治疗后12周对各组大鼠骨密度和骨代谢水平进行分析。结果 与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠骨密度明显下降(P<0.05)。经唑来膦酸治疗后,低剂量组和高剂量组大鼠骨密度较模型组显著增加(P<0.05)。与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠血清中1,5(OH)2D3、骨钙素和钙含量明显下降(P<0.05),经唑来膦酸治疗后,低剂量组和高剂量组大鼠1,5(OH)2D3、骨钙素和钙含量较模型组显著增加(P<0.05)。而血清磷含量比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 唑来膦酸能显著改善骨质疏松大鼠骨密度以及骨代谢,为临床治疗骨质疏松提供了依据。

      Objective To investigate the effect of zoledronic acid injection on the bone mineral density,bone metabolism and serum cytokines in rats with osteoporosis.Methods 30 SD rats were randomly divided into the model group,the low dose group and the high dose group.10 rats were selected as the control group.After model was established,rats in the control group and the model group were given 100 μL saline by intraperitoneal injection.Rats in the low dose group and the high dose group were given 100 μL zoledronic acid injection by intraperitoneal injection.Bone mineral density and bone metabolism of rats in each group were analyzed after three months’ treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the bone mineral density of rats in the model group decreased significantly(P<0.05).The bone density of rats in the low dose group and the high dose group increased significantly after treatment with zoledronic acid injection(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,serum 1,5(OH)2D3,osteocalcin and calcium content of rats in the model group decreased significantly(P<0.05).Serum 1,5(OH)2D3,osteocalcin and calcium content of rats in the low dose group and the high dose group increased significantly(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the phosphorus content in the serum of rats in the four groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Zoledronic acid injection can improve bone mineral density and bone metabolism of rats with osteoporosis.It provides a certain basis for clinical treatment of osteoporosis.
