| 目的 探讨Pentacam眼前节分析系统在动态评估青少年近视患者在使用角膜塑形镜过程中的监测价值。方法 前瞻性、回顾性分析2012年3月—2014年3月期间在该院治疗的青少年近视患者的临床资料。根据治疗方案不同分为观察组(角膜塑形镜组)和对照组(普通眼镜组)两组。比较两组患者的临床资料、治疗后不同时间点(1周、1月、6月)的视力、角膜屈光度、曲率以及眼前节相关指标。结果 治疗后各个时间点(1周、1月、6月)观察组患者的裸眼视力均显著高于对照组,而球镜度数低于对照组(P <0.01)；而在治疗6月后观察组患者的角膜水平、垂直曲率均低于对照组患者(P<0.05)；观察组患者在治疗1周、1月、6月后的前房容积、前房深度、前房角度均显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论 Pentacam系统可以对使用角膜塑形镜的近视患者的眼前节相关参数进行监测,对患者的临床病程的监测、不良后果的预防有着重要的指导价值。 |

| Objective Our retrospective study was aimed to analyze the efficacy of the Pentacam anterior segment analysis system in dynamic assessment of juvenile myopia patients treated with orthokeratology.Methods The clinical information of juvenile myopia patients who received treatment at our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 was retrospectively analyzed.Patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods,i.e.,observe group (orthokeratology group) and control group (common glasses group).The clinical information,the vision,the corneal refractive degree,the curvature,and the anterior segment correlation indexes at different time points after treatment were compared between these two groups.Results The uncorrected visual acuity of patients in observe group was significantly higher than the control group at different time points after treatment,and the spherical mirror degree was lower than the control group.The corneal horizontal and vertical curvature 6 months after the treatment in observe group were lower than the control group.The anterior chamber volume,anterior chamber depth and anterior chamber angle 1 week,1 month,6 months after treatment in observe group were all significantly lower than the control group.Conclusions The Pentacam system can detect the anterior segment correlation indexes of myopia patients treated with orthokeratology.It plays an important role in clinical course monitoring and adverse consequences prevention. |
