Objective To improve the identification of Artificial Calculus Bovis in Compound Diclofenac Sodium and Chlorphenamine Maleate Tablets.Methods We adopted thin layer chromatography to identify artificial Calculus Bovis and cholic acid. Results The system of n-hexane- ethyl acetate- acetic acid-methanoic acid is feasible. Conclusions The method is simple and can control the quality of artificial Calculus Bovis in compound preparation comprehensively. |
