| 目的 探讨绝经女性血清胱抑素C(Cystatin C,CysC)与冠心病的相关性。方法 185例疑诊冠心病而行冠脉造影的绝经女性被纳入研究,应用免疫比浊法测定血清CysC水平,从冠心病病情程度、病变支数和Gensini评分3方面探讨绝经女性血清CysC与冠心病之间的关系。结果(1)病变组血清CysC水平高于对照组；(2)随着血清CysC的升高,冠心病患者病情程度逐渐加重,病变支数和Gensini评分逐渐增加；(3)血清Cys C水平与冠脉病变Gensini评分呈正相关(r=0.643,P<0.05),多元逐步回归结果显示在校正了年龄、HDL 等因素之后,CysC与冠脉病变Gensini评分(β= 0.266 ,P<0.05)仍然独立相关。结论 在绝经女性中,冠心病患者血清CysC水平升高,随着血清CysC升高,患者病情程度、冠脉病变程度也更加严重。 |

| Objective To investigate the correlation between serum levels of cystatin C(CysC) and coronary heart disease(CHD) in postmenopausal women.Methods 185 patients suspected with CHD who underwent coronary angiography were selected in the study. Serum levels of CysC were measured by nephelometric immunoassay. The relationship between serum levels of CysC and the pathogenic condition of CHD ,the number of diseased vessels and the CHD Gensini scores was evaluated.Results(1)The serum levels of CysC were higher in patients with CHD than that in the control.(2)With the increase of serum levels of CysC,the pathogenic condition in patients with CHD became more serious,the number of diseased vessels and the CHD Gensini scores increased.(3)The serum levels of CysC were positively correlated with Gensini scores(r=0.643,P<0.05).After adjusting the influencing factors such as age ,HDL and so on,multivariable stepwise regression analysis showed that CysC also had significant correlations with the CHD Gensini scores(β=0.266,P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of CysC increased in patients with CHD in postmenopausal women. With the increase of serum levels of CysC,the pathogenetic condition and degree of pathological changes of coronary artery in patients with CHD became more and more serious. |
