抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体(Anti-Neutrophil Cytoplasmic Antibodies,ANCA)是一种针对单核细胞及中性粒细胞的胞浆中溶酶体酶发生反应的自身抗体。大量临床及实验证据显示ANCA不仅是ANCA相关的系统性血管炎的血清学标志,也在血管及组织损伤中起核心作用。系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)是多系统受累的自身免疫性疾病,其最特征性的损害之一是血管损伤。本文主要将近年来有关ANCA在SLE血管炎方面的研究作一详细阐述,以期为后续的临床研究提供理论依据。 |

Anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCA) are autoantibodies which react to lysosomal enzymes in monocytic and neutrophil kytoplasm. Clinical and experimental evidence suggests that ANCA not only are serological markers for ANCA associated systemic vasculitides, but also play a central role in blood vessel and tissue damage. Systemic lupus erythematosus is an autoimmune disease involving multiple systems, one of whose most characteristic damages is vascular injury. This paper summarizes recent studies on ANCA in SLE vasculitides to provide the theoretical basis for subsequent clinical researches. |
