      目的 通过测定14种有机氯农药随当归、白芷、甘草饮片煎煮前后的转移率,为制剂的安全性评估提供参考依据。 方法 采用磺化法制备样品,用气相色谱法―ECD电子捕获检测器测定,DB-1701(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm)毛细管色谱柱,程序升温,进样口温度230℃,检测器温度250℃。 结果 3种饮片中14种有机氯农药转移率分别在0~32.9%与0~49.1%之间。 结论 有机氯农药在伴随饮片煎煮前后有较大的损失,不同农药其转移率存在一定的差异,监测农药残留有一定的必要性,为药品的安全性提供保障。

      Objective By determining the transfer rates of fourteeen organochlorine pesticides with Angelica sinensis.Radix Angelicae Dahuricae.Radix Glycyrrhiza medicinal slices decocting of before and after to provide some references for safety evalustion. Methods Using sulfonated prepared samples.Determining by Gas Chromatograph (GC)-Electron Capture Detector(ECD) with DB-1701 capillary column(30 m ×0.32 mm×0.25 μm).The column temperature was programmed,injection temperature was 230℃,detector temperature was 230℃. Results The transfer rates of fourteeen organochlorine pesticides with three medicinal slices between 0~32.9% and 0~49.1%. Conclusion Organochlorine pesticides have bigger loss with medicinal slices decocting of before and after.The transfer rates of different organochlorine pesticides have difference.Detection of pesticide residues has certain necessity and provide safety nets for drugs.
