| 血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)属于半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂超家族成员之一,参与体内许多生理及病理反应过程。既往的研究发现其为反应早期肾功能损害的理想标志物。越来越多的研究发现Cys-C与心血管疾病之间有一定关系。通过对Cys-C与心力衰竭、高血压、冠心病的研究,高水平的Cys-C与其不良事件及其危险分层表现出明显关系,但具体的机制目前还未完全得到阐明。该文对血清胱抑素C与心血管疾病之间的关系做一综述。 |

| Cystatin C (Cys-C) belongs to the family of papain-like cysteine proteases and plays a role in many physiological and pathological processes.Previous studies have shown that Cys-C was the ideal marker to show the early renal damage.A growing number of studies found that Cys-C has a certain relationship with cardiovascular disease.Throughout the heart failure,hypertension and coronary heart disease,adverse outcomes and risk stratification have been associated with high plasma levels of Cys-C.The exact mechanisms have not been comprehensively clarified.This article makes a review on the relationship between Cys-C and cardiovascular disease |
