目的 以壳聚糖为原料,运用苯甲醛与氨基的席夫碱反应保护壳聚糖C2位氨基的方法制备O-羧甲基壳聚糖(O-CMC),并得到最佳反应条件。方法 以产品的收率、取代度为指标,通过单因素实验研究碱浓度,氯乙酸与苯甲醛化的壳聚糖的质量比,温度对羧甲基反应的影响。结果 最佳反应条件为25%的NaOH溶液,氯乙酸/苯甲醛化的壳聚糖的质量比为2.8,反应温度为70 ℃。结论 壳聚糖在最佳反应条件下可制备得到取代度和收率较高的O-羧甲基壳聚糖。 |

Objective To obtain the highly yield and substitution of C2 in O-CMC, the amino of chitosan reacted with benzaldehyde to form imides.Methods Carboxymethylation was conducted in alkaline condition and benzaldehyde was removed in acidic condition to form O-CMC.The yield and substitution degree were regarded as assessment indexes.The effects of reaction conditions were evaluated on carboxymethylation by the single factor test,including the concentration of alkali,the dosage of chloroacetic acid,and the temperature of reaction. Results 25% alkali concentration,Chloroacetic acid/Benzaldehyde of Chitosan(m/m) equaled 2.8 and 70 ℃ reaction temperature were considered as optimum reaction conditions.Conclusions The highly yield and substitution of O-CMC was obtained under the optimal reaction conditions. |
