目的 建立复方虎杖颗粒中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),色谱柱为Alltima C18 柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸-十二烷基磺酸钠 (50∶50∶0.1),流速为1 mL·min-1;检测波长为265 nm。结果 盐酸小檗碱在0.046~0.460 μg范围呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.79%,RSD为2.6%(n=6)。结论 该方法简便、快速、重现性好,可以更好地对复方虎杖颗粒的质量进行控制。 |

Objective To establish a method for determination of berberine hydrochloride in compound polygoni cuspidati rhizoma et radix grain by HPLC.Methods The analysis was performed on an Alltima-C18 column using acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (50∶50) (0.1 g sodium dodecyl sulfonate was added into 100 mL solution) as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 265 nm.Results Berberine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.046~0.460 μg (r=0.999 9),and the average recovery of berberine hydrochloride was 100.79%,RSD=2.6%.Conclusions The method is rapid,simple and accurate,and it can be used in the quality control of compound polygoni cuspidati rhizoma et radix. |
