目的 建立布洛芬混悬液中6种常用防腐剂的分离测定方法。方法 Agilent C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相:甲醇-0.02 mol·L-1乙酸铵溶液,梯度洗脱,流速:1.0 mL·min-1,柱温:30 ℃,检测波长:变波长。用保留时间定性,以峰面积按标准曲线法定量。结果 6种防腐剂分离良好,在0.002~0.05 g·L-1的质量浓度范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999),平均加样回收率97.2%~100.6%, RSD≤2.2%。结论 该法简单、准确,可用于布洛芬混悬液中防腐剂的定性和定量检测。 |

ObjectiveA method of simultaneous determination of six preservatives in ibuprofen suspension by HPLC with variable wavelength UV detection was established.Methods The Agilent C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column was used,methanol-0.02 mol·L-1 ammonium acetate was used as mobile phase in gradient elution mode at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,and the temperature of column was 30 ℃.The analyte was determined with variable wavelength detector.With the qualitative retention time,the peak area was quantified by the standard curve method.Results Six preservatives were well separated,the calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.002~0.05 g·L-1(r≥0.999),and the average recoveries were between 97.2% and 100.6%,RSD≤2.2%.Conclusions The method was simple,accurate,so it is proposed for quantitative and qualitative determination of preservatives in ibuprofen suspension. |
