| 目的分析该院消化内科住院患者疾病谱的变化趋势和特点,为疾病防治和合理配置医疗资源提供依据。方法 采用分层抽样的方法,选取该院消化内科2010—2014年间8 415例住院患者为研究对象,获取病案资料,并对数据进行分析。结果 2010—2014年消化内科住院患者人数逐年增多,依次排在前十顺位的疾病为慢性胃炎、上消化道出血、胃恶性肿瘤、食管恶性肿瘤、结肠息肉、胆石症、胃息肉、消化性溃疡、急性胃肠炎、功能性胃肠病。而胃恶性肿瘤、食管恶性肿瘤、胃息肉、结肠息肉、功能性胃肠病、上消化道出血、炎症性肠病等均呈逐年递增趋势。结论 消化道早癌及癌前病变的早诊早治、功能性胃肠病的心身治疗、以及炎症性肠病、静脉曲张破裂出血、肝性脑病、重症胰腺炎的综合治疗是我们未来努力研究和发展的方向。 |

| Objective This study aims to analyze the characteristics and changes of disease spectrum of inpatients,to provide the basis for disease control,prevention and the rational allocation of medical resources.Methods 8 415 inpatients were enrolled in the study using stratified sampling method,and the data in the medical record were collected and analyzed.Results Inpatients increased over the years (2010—2014) in Department of Gastroenterology,with the top ten ranks of disease spectrum being chronic gastritis,upper gastrointestinal bleeding,gastric cancer,esophageal cancer,colorectal polyps,cholelithiasis,gastric polyps,peptic ulcer,acute gastroenteritis,and function gastrointestinal disease.The gastric cancer,esophageal cancer,gastric polyps,colorectal polyps,functional gastrointestinal diseases,upper gastrointestinal bleeding and inflammatory bowel disease showed an increasing incidence over the years.Conclusions The early detection and treatment of digestive tract cancer and precancerous lesions,psychosomatic treatment of functional gastrointestinal disorders,and comprehensive treatment of inflammatory bowel disease,variceal bleeding,hepatic encephalopathy,severe pancreatitis will be future foci of our department. |
