| 目的 通过Meta分析评价干扰素雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效及安全性。方法 按照既定的纳入和排除标准,对中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国知网(CNKI)、维普信息网、万方数据库、Pubmed数据库的相关文献进行检索,收集所有雾化吸入干扰素治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的随机对照研究,应用RevMan5.3统计软件对数据进行分析处理。结果 共纳入20篇文献,病例总数2 856例,试验组1 481例,对照组1 375例,Meta分析结果显示:(1)雾化吸入干扰素治疗毛细支气管炎治愈率及有效率均高于对照组,结果分别为:[OR=2.55,95%CI(2.13,3.04),P＜0.01]；[OR=5.20,5%CI(3.86,7.00),P＜0.01];(2)能明显缩短住院时间,结果为[MD=-1.99,95%CI(-2.85,-1.14),P＜0.01)];(3)能有效缩短喘憋、肺部湿啰音、咳嗽持续时间,结果为:[MD=-1.20,95%CI(-1.47,-0.93),P＜0.01)]；[MD=-1.70,95%CI(-2.17,-1.23),P＜0.01]；[MD=-1.39,95%CI(-1.72,-1.07),P＜0.01];(4)发生不良反应较少。结论 在常规治疗的基础上,雾化吸入干扰素治疗小儿毛细支气管炎疗效显著,副作用较小。 |

| Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of interferon spray inhalation in the treatment of bronchiolitis in infants.Methods According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,we searched CBM,CNKI,VIP Chinese periodical Database,Wan Fang Chinese periodical Database,and pubmed database to extract and analyze all the nebulized interferon treatments of children with bronchiolitis.The Meta-analysis was performed using the Cochrane statistical Revman 5.3 software.Results 20 articles met the inclusion criteria,which contained 2 856 cases in total.There were 1 481 cases in the interferon group and 1 375 cases in the control group.The results of Meta analysis showed that:(1)the interferon group showed improved cure rate and effectiveness.The result:[OR =2.55,5% CI(2.13,2.13),P＜0.01];[OR=5.20,5% CI(3.86,3.86),P＜0.01].(2)hospital stayof the interferon group was significantly shorter than the control group.The result:[MD =-1.99,5% CI:(-2.85,-1.14),P＜0.01].(3)clinical symptoms of the interferon group can be quickly relieved,such as wheezing ,lung rale,and cough.The result:[MD =-1.20,5% CI:(-1.47,-0.93),P＜0.01];[MD=-1.70,5% CI:(-2.17,-1.23),P＜0.01];[MD=-1.39,(95%CI:(-1.72,-1.07),P＜0.01].(4)fewer adverse reactions resulted from this therapy.Conclusions Interferon by nebulization in the treatment of bronchiolitis is convenient and safe. |
