| 妊娠期乳腺癌(Pregnancy-associated breast cancer,PABC)是指在妊娠期或分娩后1年内确诊的乳腺癌,如今PABC发病率呈明显的上升趋势,妊娠和哺乳期的生理学改变增加了临床及影像学对乳腺组织进行检查和评价的难度,因此容易出现诊断的推迟以及随之而产生的不良预后,考虑胎婴儿的安全因素,PABC的诊疗具有其特殊性。该文通过文献综述,使临床医生对PABC有更进一步的了解,掌握最近的研究进展,针对不同患者的具体情况,选择合适的规范化、个体化综合治疗方案,改善患者预后,延长生存期,提高生活质量。 |

| Pregnancy-associated breast cancer(PABC) refers to the breast cancer diagnosed during pregnancy or within one year of childbirth.At present PABC incidence rate showed a clear upward trend,and physiological changes during pregnancy and lactation increase the difficulty of clinical and radiological examination and evaluation of the breast tissue,therefore,delayed diagnosis and poor prognosis are likely to occur.Considering the safety of fetus and babies,diagnosis and treatment of PABC should be highly valued.Based on literature review,this paper further promotes the clinicians’understanding of PABC and knowledge of its research progress,enables a clinician to select an appropriate standardized and individualized comprehensive treatment programs according tothe specific conditions of different patients,improve the prognosis of patients,prolong survival,and improve patients’quality of life. |
