| 目的研究超凝止血粉(superclot hemostatic agent,SHA)对巴马小型猪股动脉出血模型的止血作用。方法 普通级巴马小型猪12只,雌雄各半,体质量25~30 kg,制备股动脉出血模型,根据伤口所用的止血材料的不同随机分为3组:纱布组,CELOX组和SHA组。分别记录各组止血时间、失血量、体温、心率、血压及其变化率,血常规等。结果 与纱布组相比较,SHA组止血时间缩短约400 s,止血过程中失血量减少40 g以上；在实验结束之时,与纱布组比较,SHA组体温和心率变化都较纱布组波动小,与实验前数值相接近。纱布组的血压上升2 mmHg,而SHA组上升约16 mmHg。结论 SHA具有一定的止血作用。 |

| Objective To study the effect of superclot hemostatic agent(SHA).Methods Twelve Bama miniature pigs of either sexes were made into the models of femoral artery bleeding ,weighing 25～30 kg.They were randomized into three groups:gauze group,CELOX Styptic powder group and superclot hemostatic agent group.The hemostatic time,blood loss,changes in heart rate,body temperature and blood pressure,blood routine examination were all recorded.Results Compared with gauze group,SHA hemostatic time was shortened by 400 s,and blood loss during the process of bleeding was reduced by more than 40 g.At the end of the experiment,body temperature and heart rate changed less in SHA group than in gauze group,which were similar to those before the experiment.Blood pressure increased by 2 mmHg in gauze group,while it increased by 16 mmHg in SHA group.Conclusions Superclot hemostatic agent is effective in hemostasis. |
