目的 研究药用沙棘籽油的质量标准控制方法。方法(1)采用系列薄层色谱法(TLC)对药用沙棘籽油进行鉴别。(2)采用HPLC法测定药用沙棘籽油中的维生素E。色谱柱:Kromasil-C18(250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相:甲醇-乙腈(78∶22);柱温:30 ℃;检测波长:280 nm;流速:1.0 mL·min-1 。结果(1)采用系列TLC 法对药用沙棘籽油进行鉴别具有较好的专属性。(2)维生素E在0.197 2~1.972 mg·L-1的范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为99.6%(RSD=0.92%,n=6)。结论 所建立的标准科学合理,可用于药用沙棘籽油的质量控制。 |

Objective To establish the quality standard for Seeds Oil of Hippophae rhamnaides L.Methods The Seeds Oil of Hippophae rhamnaides L.was identified by a series of TLC methods.HPLC was adopted to determine the content of Vitamin Ein the seeds oil of Hippophae rhamnaides L.Kromasil-C18 column(250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm) was used with methanol-acetonitrile(78∶22) as the mobile phase.The column temperature was set at 30 ℃ with a detection wavelength of 280 nm and a flow rate at 1.0 mL·min-1.Results A series of TLC methods for the identification of the seeds oil of Hippophae rhamnaides L.showed good specificity.For Vitamin E,there was a good linear relationship within the range of 0.197 2~1.972 mg·L-1(r=0.999 5).The average recovery was 99.6% (RSD=0.92%,n=6).Conclusions The standard can be use for the quality control of Seeds Oil of Hippophae rhamnaides L. |
