| 目的 为提高急性胃脘痛患者诊查期间的舒适度和减少药物副作用,探索缓解患者疼痛不适的中医非侵入性、非药物镇痛方法。方法 将60例患者按就诊先后编号,随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,常规盐酸山莨菪碱镇痛运用于对照组,研究组在进一步诊查前,辨证选穴,予耳穴压豆和穴位按摩等,观察0.5 h内胃脘痛变化情况。结果 两组在缓解患者急性胃脘痛和胃脘部不适方面效果相当,研究组总有效率达90.0%,高于对照组的76.6%。 结论 耳穴压豆联合穴位按摩,能有效缓解患者急性胃脘痛,尤其是瘀阻型,可一定程度替代常规侵入性注射的镇痛剂,提高患者的舒适度,避免了药物的副作用。 |

| Objective To explore the method of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for pain alleviation of the patients of acute gastralgia to improve patient comfort and reduce drug side effects during the inspection.Methods Sixty patients were randomized into research group and control group.Anisodamine hydrochloride was used in control group.Before further examination the research group was given corresponding ear acupuncture point buried beans and acupoint massage of traditional Chinese medicine.Pain reliefs of patients,in both groups were assessed in half an hour.Results The effects in alleviating acute gastralgia and discomfort of patients in two groups were not significantly different.Total effectiveness of research group was 90.0%,higher than that of control group 76.6%.Conclusions The method of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) ear acupuncture point buried beans together with acupoint massage can effectively reduce the pain of patients with acute gastralgia,especially the patients with blood stasis type.The method can replace conventional analgesic to a certain extent and can improve patient comfort.At the same time it can avoid the side effects of drugs. |
