| 目的 比较不同腰臀比 (WHR)多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者代谢相关临床指标的差异。方法 选择480例PCOS患者,根据WHR分为A、B两组,A组WHR≥0.85,共200例、B组WHR<0.85 ,共280例,并均测定临床体征、内分泌激素和代谢指标。结果 A组体质量指数(BMI)、睾酮(T)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VLDL-C)、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、HOMA胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)均显著高于B组,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)显著低于B组。结论 WHR高的PCOS患者常合并更严重的代谢紊乱,需尽早采取综合干预措施。 |

| Objective To compare the clinical characteristics in patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)of different waist hip ratios.Methods Totally 480 patients with PCOS were enrolled and assigned into group Aand B.Group Aconsisted of 200 cases (WHR≥0.85) and group Bconsisted of 280 cases (WHR< 0.85).Clinical characteristics,endocrine hormone and metabolic index were measured.Results BMI,T,TC,TG,VLDL-C,FBG,FINS and HOMA-IR were significantly higher in group Aas compared to those in group B,while HDL-C in group Awas significantly lower than that in group B.Conclusions PCOS patients with high WHR showed more serious metabolic disorders in comparison to PCOS patients with low WHR and therefore a comprehensive therapy should be performed as early as possible among the PCOS patients with high WHR. |
