| 目的 探讨人参果总皂苷(SFPG)联合舍曲林治疗原发性高血压合并抑郁症的临床疗效及安全性。方法 88例原发性高血压合并抑郁症患者按照随机数字表法分为人参果总皂苷(SFPG)加舍曲林组和舍曲林单用组,在治疗前和用药后2、4、6周用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定其疗效,以副反应量表(TESS)评定并观察两者的副作用。结果 治疗6周末,SFPG联合治疗组HAMD减分率下降显著,且不良反应明显减少(P<0.01) ,联合组有效率为93.02%,单用组有效率为77.78%(P<0.01)。两组患者用药6周TESS评分比较差异有统计学意义 (P<0.01)。结论 SFPG对原发性高血压合并抑郁症的治疗有显著的辅助作用,副反应较单用舍曲林减少。 |

| Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect and the safety of total saponins in the fruit of Panax ginseng C.A.Meyer(SFPG) combined with sertraline in the treatment of primary hypertension with depression.Methods A total of 88 patients with primary hypertension and depression were randomized into treatment group (combination group) and control group (single group).Patients in control group were treated with sertraline,while patients in treatment group were treated with SFPG combined with sertraline,with the course of 6 weeks.HAMD was used to assess the efficacy and total effective rate between the two groups at baseline,2,4,and 6 weeks after the treatment.And the side effects were evaluated by TESS.Results HAMD scores of the combination group were significantly declined at the end of the 6th week after treatment and the side effects were significantly fewer (P<0.01) .After treatment,the efficacy rate of the combination group was 93.02% while that of the single group was 77.78%(P<0.01).There was significant difference in TESS scores between the 2 groups six weeks after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusions SFPG could help a lot in the treatment of primary hypertension with depression,and the side effects were fewer than those of the treatment with sertraline only. |
