| 目的 观察丝裂霉素C联合可拆除缝线在青光眼小梁切除术中的效果。方法 对30例(35眼)青光眼患者进行丝裂霉素联合可拆除缝线的小梁切除术,术后随诊观察视力、眼压和滤过泡状况。结果 手术后第1周眼压为(12.49±1.68) mmHg,第1个月眼压为(14.28±2.22) mmHg,第1年眼压为(17.29±2.87) mmHg与手术前眼压相比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；术后1年功能型滤过泡35眼(82.86%)。结论 丝裂霉素C联合可拆除缝线在小梁切除术中能有效降低眼压,减少术后并发症,提高手术成功率。 |

| Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of mitomycin Ccombined with adjustable suture trabeculectomyin treating primary angle-closure glaucoma.Methods This study included 30 patients(35 eyes) who underwent adjustable suture trabeculectomy combined with mitomycin C.Visual acuity,intraocular pressure and filtering blebs were measured.Results Mean postoperative intraocular pressures were (12.49±1.68) mmHg at 1 week,(14.28±2.22) mmHg at 1 month and (17.29±2.87) mmHg at 1 year,respectively.There was significant difference between preoperation and postoperation(P<0.05).The rate of effective filtering bleb was 82.86% at 1 year.Conclusions Mitomycin Ccombined with adjustable suture trabeculectomy is a safe and effective surgical procedure to decrease intraocular pressure,reduce postoperative complications and raise success rate of the surgery. |
