| 目的 探究家庭延续性呼吸康复训练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能和生活质量的影响。方法 选取80例患有慢性阻塞性肺疾病的患者为研究对象,分为常规护理组和护理干预组,每组40例,其中常规护理组患者接受常规护理干预,护理干预组在此基础上给予家庭呼吸训练。护理周期结束后,比较常规护理组和护理干预组患者肺功能和患者生活质量。结果 治疗后,护理干预组患者用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、第1秒用力呼气量/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC)明显优于常规护理组(P<0.05),护理干预组症状改善更为显著。两组患者CAT问卷得分构成比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理干预组以轻微影响为主。结论 结论家庭延续性呼吸康复训练能够有效的改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能,提高患者生活质量的影响,可考虑在临床上进一步推广。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of family continuity respiratory rehabilitation training on pulmonary function and quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods We selected 80 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease as objects of study,who were assigned into routine group and intervention group with 40 cases of each group.The patients of routine group received routine nursing,while patients of intervention group were given family respiratory rehabilitation training on that basis.Pulmonary function and quality of life of patients were compared after nursing.Results After treatment,FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC of intervention group were significantly better than routine group (P<0.05).The difference in CAT questionnaire scores between two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05),and intervention group mainly had slight influence.Conclusions Family continuity respiratory rehabilitation training could improve pulmonary function and quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease effectively,which can be promoted in clinic. |
