目的 考查马齿苋合剂治疗模式动物皮肤缺失性创伤的效果。方法 采收培育的荷兰马齿苋鲜草,经粗磨过滤方法制备马齿苋有效成分混合制剂,配以细叶杜香、波斯菊、蜂蜜等中药成分,配以相应的赋形剂,制成外用中药合剂。选取纯白家兔20只和BALB/c小鼠30只,分别随机分组,设马齿苋合剂组、云南白药(阳性对照)组和丁二醇阴性对照组,于背部以外科手术法制造皮肤缺损性创口,施药(施药剂量:家兔20 mg/只、小鼠10 mg/只),每天观测治疗效果。结果 马齿苋合剂组与云南白药组相比,创伤创缘的向心性聚缩速度平均慢1~2 d,肉芽组织形成及上皮再生情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但明显优于阴性对照组(P<0.05)。结论 马齿苋合剂能明显促进实验动物皮肤缺损性创伤的愈合。 |

Objective To investigate the curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine mixture of Portulaca oleracea L. on experimental animal models of skin defected wounds.Methods The fresh aerial parts of domesticated cultivar dutch portulacaoleracea L.were collected in order to extract effective constituent by coarse grind and filter.The extraction was mixed with several compositions of natural ingredients such as Le dumpalustre,Cosmos bipinnata Cav and honey in excipient.Twenty white rabbits or 30 BALB/c mouses were randomized into three groups and treated respectively with Purslane mixture(experimental group),Yunnan Baiyao Ointments(positive control),and Butylene Glycol(negative control),and then,20 mg or 10 mg of external preparation was administered to each of model animal with skin trauma on his back,followed by daily inspection.Results The experimental group,compared with positive control group,showed a non-significant difference(P>0.05) in reducing granulation tissue formation and epithelial regeneration,but only recovered slightly slower for averagely 1 days to 2 days in the same conditions.However,there was a significantly improved therapeutic advantage(P<0.05) when compared with the negative control group.Conclusions Purslane mixture has a high potential as a novel alternative therapeutic strategy after skin injury. |
